Shareholder Communications Election

Eagle Mountain Mining Limited (Eagle Mountain) is focused on reducing our carbon footprint whilst providing you with timely corporate updates and disclosures.

Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) mean there are new options for how Eagle Mountain shareholders receive communications. Eagle Mountain will no longer send physical meeting documents unless a shareholder requests a copy to be mailed.

Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and will assist Eagle Mountain in minimising paper usage. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address to assist with more timely and cost effective communications.

Shareholders can still elect to receive some or all of their communications in physical or electronic form, or elect not to receive certain documents such as annual reports.
